Unhappily Ever After wins award for Season’s Best Cabaret
CPH Musicals has won the 2025/26 CPH Culture Award for Season's Cabaret, for its production of Unhappily Ever After!
Written by Rachel Kador, Founder and Artistic Director of CPH Musicals, Unhappily Ever After premiered at H2O Nørrebro. The show reimagines classic fairy tales through the lens of love's messier, less "happily ever after" moments. The production had also been nominated for Season's New Play (Adapted from a Foreign-Language Work).
CPH Musicals is Copenhagen's only professional English-language musical theatre company.
